A horse is 'falt kilt', and 'falt kilt' if it is fast.
إنه لَكِلْتَةٌ فِلْتَةٌ كَفْتَةٌ أي يَثِبُ جَمِيعاً، فلا يُسْتَمْكَنُ منهُ لاجْتِماعِ وَثْبِهِ.
He is 'kilta filta kafta', meaning he leaps all at once, so one cannot get hold of him due to the combined force of his leap.
فإنه يَكْتَلُهُ؛ وذلك أنه وَصَفَ رَجُلاً يَشْرَبُ النَّبيذَ يَكْتَلُهُ كِلْتاً ويَكْتَتِلُهُ.
For he swallows it; and that is describing a man drinking wine, he swallows it 'kilta' and 'yaktatiluhu'.

'Kilta' is not elided because its alif is an alif of duality, like the alif of 'ghulaman' and 'dhawa';
ورَجُلٌ وَكِلَةٌ تِكِلَةٌ إذا كانَ عاجِزاً يَكِلُ أَمْرَهُ إلى غَيْرِهِ، ويَتَّكِلُ عليهِ؛
And a man is 'wakila tikila' if he is helpless, entrusting his affair to another, and relying on him;
والتاءُ في تِكِلَةٍ أَصْلُها الواوُ، قُلِبَتْ تاءً؛ وكذلكَ التِّكْلانُ أَصْلُهُ وَكْلانُ.
And the 'ta' in 'tikila' its origin is 'waw', it was changed to 'ta'; and likewise 'al-tiklan' its origin is 'waklan'.
