It is when a man says, 'I bought this garment for a hundred,' then you find he bought it for less, so he returns to the truth and abandons the error (or retraction).
لا يجوز التغلت
Al-taghallut is not permissible.
هو تفعل من الغلت.
It is a verb form (tafa'ala) from al-ghalt.
تغلته أي طلبت غلته، وتغلتني فلان واغتلتني إذا أخذه على غرة.
