قال أبو العباس: معناه أن الحلماء إذا ما ترزنوا في محافلهم، طفا هو بجهله، أي نزا بجهله.
Abu al-Abbas said: Its meaning is that when the patient ones become composed in their gatherings, he, with his ignorance, becomes agitated, meaning he stirs up with his ignorance.
