Why does my arrow ignite the ḥabāḥib? ... I had hoped it would be accurate.

فإذا انتبه منتبه ليقتبس منها أطفأها، فكذلك ما أورت الخيل لا ينتفع به، كما لا ينتفع بنار الحباحب.

And if someone woke up to take a light from it, he would extinguish it, so similarly, what horses produce is not beneficial, just as the fire of the ḥabāḥib is not beneficial.
