And a strained camel, a bone in its forelegs or hindlegs broke and was then set, but its setting did not heal properly until it was burdened with exertion beyond its capacity, thus completing its fracture.
إذا نال منها نظرة هيض قلبه ... بها، كانهياض المتعب المتتمم
If he obtained a glance from her, it stirred his heart... with it, like the stirring of the strained, completing (bone).
وأتعب إناءه وقدحه: ملأه، فهو متعب.
And he filled his vessel and his cup: he filled it, so it is filled.
