(TA.) ― -b2- [Hence,] هُوَ فَاتِرُ النَّشَاطِ زَمِنُ الرَّغْبَةِ (tropical:) [ He is remiss in respect of briskness or promptness, powerless in respect of desire ]. (TA.)
