خفض

مَخْفِضُ قَوْمٍ مخفض قوم A place where a people are in a state of ease, or tranquillity; or in a plentiful and pleasant state of life. (TA.) ― -b2- See also خَفْضٌ, in the latter part of the paragraph. -A2- مَخْفِضٌ also signifies The place of a girl where the operation of circumcision is performed. (Lh and Az, in TA, voce عُذْرَة.)
