خضع

خُضَعَةٌ خضع خضعه خضعة A man (S) who is lowly, humble, or submissive, to everyone. (S, Sgh, K,) ― -b2- And One who overcomes, or subdues, his adversaries, or opponents, (K, TA,) and humbles and abases them. (TA.)
