خُصَيْرَى خصيرى خصيري , (K, TA,) in some copies of the K خُصَيْرِىٌّ, (TA,) [but the former is shown to be the right reading by a verse cited in the TA,] The curtailment of the superfluities of a thing; like اِخْتِصَارٌ. (K, * TA.)
