Hence,] خِفَافٌ مُخَرْطَمَةٌ [in the sing. خُفٌّ مُخَرْطَمٌ (occurring in the K in art فقع)] i. q. ذَاتُ ↓ خَرَاطِيمَ; i. e. (assumed tropical:) [ Boots ] having their fore parts pointed. (TA.)
