خبط

مِخْبَطٌ مخبط A staff, or stick, with which the leaves of trees are beaten off: (K:) and ↓ مِخْبَطَةٌ, also, signifies a staff, or stick; and a rod, or twig: (TA:) pl. of the former, مَخَابِطُ. (K, TA.)
