ويل

وَيْهًا ذ [an imperative verbal noun, which may be rendered On! ] a word of incitement. (S, K.) One also says to a man, and to a horse, يَا وَيْهَاهْ [ Ho! On! ]. (A'Obeyd in TA in art. ايه.) See أَيَّهَ. ― -b2- وَيْهَكَ: see أَيْهَكَ in art. ايه. I have not found this anywhere but in that art. in the K, and doubt its correctness.
