And تثأ عَنِ الأَمْرِ, (M,) or عَنِ ↓ ثأثأ الشَّىْءِ, (TA,) He deemed it right that he should abstain from the affair, or thing, (M, TA,) or that he should pause at it, (M,) after he had desired it.
