سَيَّارٌ ذ A journeyer, or traveller: (A:) and سَيَّارَةٌ, (S, M, Mgh, Msb, K,) for جَمَاعَةٌ سَيَّارَةٌ, (Mgh,) or قَوْمٌ سَيَّارَةٌ, (A,) a company of persons journeying: (S, M, A, Mgh, Msb, K:) [accord. to ISd,] سَيَّارَةٌ is made fem. because meaning رُفْقَةٌ, or جَمَاعَةٌ.
