8 استار بِسِرَتِهِ ذ , (O, K, TA,) or بسيرته ↓ تسيّر, (as in the CK,) (assumed tropical:) He pursued his way, course, mode, or manner, of acting, or conduct, or the like. (O, K, * TA.) -A2- And استار [from سِيرَةٌ in the last of the senses assigned to this word below] He procured for himself wheat, or other provision, from a place, to be laid up in store. (S, O, K.)
