(TA.) ― -b2- And A thickness, or roughness, in the eyelids, by reason of a corrosive matter which causes them to become red and occasions the falling off of the eyelashes and then the ulceration of the edges of the eyelids: (K:) thus سلاق of the eye is expl. in the “ Kánoon. ” (TA.)
