مِرَمَّةٌ ذ , (Th, T, S, M, TA,) accord. to the K, مَرِمَّةٌ, but this is a mistake, (TA,) The lip of any cloven-hoofed animal, (Th, T, S, M, K, TA,) such as the cow &c.; because it eats therewith; (S;) like مِقَمَّةٌ; (Th, T;) as also ↓ مَرَمَّةٌ [like مَقَمَّةٌ]. (S, M, K.)
