رَاكِبَةٌ ذ : see the next preceding paragraph. ― -b2- Also sing. of رَوَاكِبُ (TA) which signifies (tropical:) Streaks [or layers ] of fat, (A, K, TA,) overlying one another, (K, TA,) in the fore part of a camel's hump: those in the hinder part are called رَوَادِفُ, (A, K, TA,) of which the sing. is رَادِفَةٌ.
