أَرْتَمُ ذ [app. Having his nose broken. ― -b2- And hence,] One who does not speak clearly, nor intelligibly; as though his nose were broken: occurring in a trad.: or, as some relate it, أَرْثَمُ [q. v.]. (TA.)
