قطرب

Q. 1 قَطْرَبَ ذ , (K,) inf. n. قَطْرَبَةٌ, (O,) He hastened, sped, or went quickly. (O, K.) -A2- And قَطْرَبَهُ He threw him down, or prostrated him, on the ground: (O, K: *) and so قَرْطَبَهُ. (O.)
