قص

مَقْصُوصٌ ذ Cut, clipped, or shorn; applied to hair [&c.]; as also ↓ قَصِيصٌ: (M, TA:) and to a wing; as also ↓ مُقَصَّصٌ. (A.) مَقْصُوصُ الخَنَاحِ A bird having the wing clipped. (S.) And ↓ مُقَصَّصٌ Having the forelocks clipped, or shorn. (Meyd, in Golius.)
