قِصَاصٌ ذ : see قُصَاص. -A2- Also, (S, M, Msb, K,) and ↓ قَصَاصَاآءُ, (so in a copy of the M, and in the CK, and in a MS copy of the K [in the TA ↓ قُصَاصَاآءُ, which I think a mistake,]) and ↓ قِصَاصَاآءُ, (M, K,) [the first an inf. n. of 3, q. v.,] i. q. قَوَدٌ; (S, K;) Retaliation, by slaying for slaying, and wounding for wounding, (M, Msb, TA,) and mutilating for mutilating.
