قحط

زَمَنٌ قَاحِطٌ ذ , (K, TA,) and ↓ عَامٌ مُقْحِطٌ, (TA,) A time, and a year, of drought; in which is no rain: (K, * TA:) pl. of the former epithet قَوَاحِطُ. (K.)
