قث

قَثِيثَةٌ ذ A collective body (O, K) of men; (O;) and ↓ قَثَاثَةٌ signifies the same. (K.) One says, اِنْتَقَلَ القَوْمُ بِقَثِيثَتِهِمْ [and ↓ بِقَثَاثَتِهِمْ (in the O erroneously written قَثَاثِيهِمْ)] The people, or party, removed with their collective body. (O.)
