8 اـِقْتَبَ3َ see 1, near the end. ― -b2- IAar says, El- 'Okeylee used not to discourse of anything but I wrote it down from him; wherefore he said, اـِلَّا ا@نْتَقَرَهَا اـلَّا ا@قْتَبَّهَا وَلَا نُقَارَةً ↓ مَا تَرَكَ عِنْدِى قَابَّةً, meaning (assumed tropical:) He did not leave with me any approved and choice word but he cut it off for himself [or appropriated it to his own use ], nor any such expression but he took it for himself.
