نوخ

2 نَوَّخَ ا@للّٰهُ الأَرْضَ طَرُوقَةً لِلْمَاآءِ ذ (assumed tropical:) God made, or may God make, the land capable of receiving the water [of the rain so as to be impregnated, or fertilized, or soaked, thereby ]: expl. by جَعَلَهَا مِمَّا تُطِيقُهُ. (S.) ― -b2- See 4.
