نوح

الرِّيَاحُ المُتَنَاوِحَةُ ذ The winds called النُّكْبُ: [see نَكْبَاآءُ:] so called because they are opposite, one to another: they blow in times of drought, when rains are scanty, and when the air is dry, and the cold severe. (L.)
