نقر

نُقَارَةٌ ذ The quantity [of grain] which a bird pecks, or picks up. (K.) See 8, in art. قب. ― -b2- What remains from the boring, or excavating, (نَقْر,) of stones: like نُجَارَةٌ and نُحَاتَةٌ. (TA.)
