نقح

2 نقّح الشِّعْرَ ذ , inf. n. تَنْقِيحٌ; (S, K;) and ↓ انقحهُ, inf. n. اـِنْقَاحٌ; (K;) (tropical:) He trimmed, pruned, or put into a right or proper state, poetry, or verses. (S, K.) ― -b2- نقّح الكَلَامَ (tropical:) He scrutinized the language, and examined it well: or he put it to rights, or trimmed it, and removed its faults, or defects. (TA.) ― -b3- See 1.
