نشب

5 تنشّب الشَّوْكُ بِالثَّوْبِ ذ The thorns caught in, or to, or laid hold upon, the garment. (Msb, art. علق.) ― -b2- تنشّب فِى قَلْبِهِ حُبُّهَا (tropical:) [ Love of her took fast hold upon, or became fixed in, his heart ]. (A.) ― -b3- See 1.
