نرج

نَارَنْجٌ ذ A well-known fruit; [the orange; citrus aurantium; of which there are two species common in the gardens of the East, one sweet, and the other bitter: ] and arabicized word, from [the Persian] نَارَنْكْ [also called نَارِنْج]. (K.)
