(A, O.) You say, جَسَّ الطَّبِيبُ مَنْبِضَهُ [ The physician felt his place of pulsation ], and مَنَابِضَهُمْ [ their places of pulsation ]. (A, TA.) ― -b2- مَا يُعْرَفُ لَهُ مَنْبِضُ عَسَلَةٍ means (tropical:) He has no origin [ known ]; like مَضْرِبُ عَسَلَةٍ; (A, TA;) nor any people [ to whom he belongs ]. (TA.)
