نبت

نَبَاتٌ ذ : see نَبْتٌ. ― -b2- سُكَّر نَبَات [ Sugar-candy; so called in the present day;] an admirable kind of sugar, of which are made pieces resembling crystal, intensely white and lustrous: app. Persian, and post-classical. (MF.)
