2 نبّب ذ , inf. n. تَنْبِيبٌ, It (a plant) produced a knotted stem. (K.) ― -b2- اـِنِّى أَرَى الشَّرَّ نَبَّبَ (assumed tropical:) [ Verily I see evil, or the evil, to have grown, like a plant producing knotted stems ]. (TA.)
