7 انماث ذ , inf. n. اِنْمِيَاثٌ, It (a thing) was steeped in water, and mashed with the hand: (TA:) it was mixed and moistened in water. (S, K.) [See also art. ميث.] ↓ مَاثَ, aor. يَمُوثُ, is also [thus] used intransitively. (Msb.)
