مغر

مَغْرَةٌ ذ [ Red ochre, called in the present day مُغْرَة;] red earth, (S, A, Msb, K,) with which one dyes [ and paints ]; (TA;) well known; (A;) as also ↓ مَغَرَةٌ. (S, K.)
