لطف

لَطَفَةٌ ذ A present; i. e. a thing sent to another in token of courtesy or honour; syn. هَدِيَّةٌ; (S, K;) as also ↓ لَطَفٌ, as stated by Z and others: pl. of the latter أَلْطَافٌ. (TA.)
