كُنْتُبٌ ذ and كُنَاتِبٌ Short: (K:) or thick, or coarse, and short: (TA:) or hard and strong: (see كُنْتثُبٌ:) but the ث is augmentative, (TA,) [and therefore the proper art. is كنب].
