كلح

كُلَاحٌ ذ (S, K) and ↓ كَلَاحِ, the latter [indecl.] like قَطَامِ, (K,) (tropical:) A year of dearth, scarcity, drought, sterility, or barrenness. (S, K.) You say أَصَابَتْهُمْ سَنَةٌ كُلَاحٌ A year of dearth, &c., befell them. (TA.) See كَالِحٌ.
