5 تكرّب ذ He picked the dates called كُرَابَة (K) from among the roots of the branches (TA) [ after the racemes of fruit had been cut off ]; and تكرّب النَّخْلَةَ he picked the dates that were among the roots of the branches of the palm-tree, as also تَخَلَّلَهَا. (AHn, TA in art. خل.)
