كذب

مَكَاذِبُ ذ [signifying lies, falsehoods, or untruths, ] is said to be a word that has no proper sing.: or it is pl. of كَذِبٌ, contr. to analogy: or its sing. is مَكْذَبٌ: like as is said of مَحَاسِنُ and مَذَاكِرُ &c. (MF.)
