جَيْشَةٌ ذ A single rising, or heaving, or the like: pl. جَيْشَاتٌ: hence the phrase جَيْشَاتُ الأَبَاطِيلِ [app. meaning The risings of false or vain things in the mind, or the like]. (TA.)
