جلب

جَلِيبٌ جليب , applied to a male slave, (A, Mgh, K,) One who is brought from one place or country or town to another [ for sale ]: (S, K:) or one who is brought to the country of the Muslims [ for sale ]: (Mgh:) pl. جَلْبَى and جُلَباآءُ. (K.) It is also applied [in like manner] to a woman: pl. جَلْبَى and جَلَائِبُ. (Lh, K.)
