جفل

4 أَجْفَلَ see 1, in six places. ― -b2- You say also, أَجْفَلَتِ الرِّيحُ بِالتُّرَابِ (assumed tropical:) The wind carried away the dust; made it to fly away. (S.) And اجفل الغَيْمُ The clouds, or mist, became removed, or cleared off. (TA.)
