7 انجرد انجرد : see 5, first sentence. [Hence,] انجردتِ الاـِبِلُ مِنْ أَوْبَارِهَا (assumed tropical:) The camels cast, or let fall, their fur, or soft hair. (L.) ― -b2- See also 1. ― -b3- (assumed tropical:) It (a garment, or piece of cloth,) became threadbare, or napless, (S, L, K,) and smooth; (S, L;) as also ↓ جَرِدَ.
