8 اـِجْتَبَرَ see 1, in five places. You say also, أَصَابَتْهُ مُصِيبَةٌ لَا يَجْتَبِرُهَا [(assumed tropical:) A calamity befell him from which he will not recover ]; i. e. مِنْهَا ↓ لَا مَجْبَرَ [(assumed tropical:) there is no recovering from it ]. (TA.)
