هوء

هَوْءٌ ذ Mind; purpose; aspiration; desire; ambition. (S, K, TA.) Ex. بَعِيذُ الهَوْءِ A person of far-reaching aspiration, or ambition. (S, TA.) ― -b2- هَوْءٌ Penetrating judgment. (K.) ― -b3- وَقَعَ فى هَوْئِى, and ↓ هُوئِى, It occurred to my mind, or imagination. (K.)
