Heyth quotes the following verse of El-Kumeyt, describing a horse: مُخَيَّفٌ بَعْضُهُ وَرْدٌ وَسَائِرُهُ جَوْنٌ أَفَانِينُ اـِجْرِيَّاهُ لَا هَضْبُ The poet means, that his running, or usual running, was of different, or various, kinds; not of one هضب, or kind.
