هتء

مَضَى مِنَ اللَّيْلِ هَتْءٌ ذ , and ↓ هِتْءٌ, (ISk, K,) and ↓ هَتِىْءٌ, (Lh, K,) and ↓ هَتِىٌّ, (Lh,) and ↓ هِتَاءٌ, and ↓ هِيتِئٌ (same measure as زِبْرِجٌ, as in the TA), or ↓ هِتْيَاآءٌ, (as in the CK and a MS. copy) and ↓ هِيتَاآءٌ, (K,) and ↓ هَتْأَةٌ, (AHeyth, K,) A portion of the night elapsed (K, &c.) ― -b2- مَا بَقِىَ مِنْ غَنَمِهِمْ اـِلَّا هِتْءٌ There remained not, of their sheep, or goats, save a part, less than the part that had gone away.
