غول

2 فَلَاةٌ تُغَوِّلُ ذ , inf. n. تَغْوِيلٌ, [ A desert, or water-less desert, ] of which the roads, or ways, are unapparent, so that it causes the people thereof [ who traverse it ] to go astray. (TA.)
